RCS completed several key projects at the Riverton Pointe Golf Course in Hardeeville, SC, during 2022 and 2023. The 3,400-square-foot Waterfront Grille is a single-story enclosed restaurant featuring a dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and a covered patio, offering a comfortable dining experience with views of the golf course. The Maintenance Buildings, totaling 10,000 square feet, provide essential facilities for equipment storage and grounds keeping operations. Additionally, RCS built a 9,000-square-foot pro shop and cart barn, enhancing the golf course’s amenities with dedicated spaces for retail and cart storage.
