RCS was the selected General Contractor to build a new dealership in Black Hills, South Dakota, enhancing Toyota's presence in the community. This ground-up build focused on delivering a state-of-the-art facility that meets Toyota’s high standards for quality and customer service.
The project began on an undeveloped site, where our team collaborated closely with local architects and engineers to establish critical infrastructure. The design features a modern aesthetic with large glass facades, spacious showrooms, and advanced service bays, all while incorporating energy-efficient systems to reduce operational costs.
Despite challenges like unpredictable weather and supply chain issues, RCS maintained strong communication and planning, ensuring timely completion. This dealership stands as a testament to RCS's commitment to quality and craftsmanship, providing Toyota’s Black Hills team with a facility designed for exceptional service and community engagement
