RCS was the general contractor for the TPC Twin Cities Clubhouse in Blaine, Minnesota. Built as a new construction project, this clubhouse was designed to meet the high standards of the PGA TOUR’s TPC Network. Since the initial build, RCS has returned for multiple renovation and facility update projects, supporting the clubhouse’s evolving needs and maintaining its status as a premier golfing destination
